Privacy statement

Solide Vastgoed Beheer B.V. processes personal data of property owners, landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers, investors, guarantors, residence seekers and other parties involved.

The personal data that we gather are carefully processed and secured. We place a high value on treating your data confidentially.

In this statement, we explain which data we process and for which purpose these data are used. We will also indicate which rights you have and how you can exercise these rights.

 

Which data do we process?
We process personal data such as your name, address, date of birth, place of birth, gender, bank account number, income data (salary slip without citizen service number (BSN) and bank statements), passport copy (without picture and citizen service number (BSN)), telephone numbers, email address and IP address.

On our website, we have a contact form. The personal data that you  fill in on that form, will be processed by us.

 

For which purpose are your data processed?
We process your data for no other purposes than those mentioned below, unless we have received your permission:

  • Entering, evaluating or terminating a rental, purchase or commission contract;
  • Making and keeping contact;
  • Executing commercial, financial and technical management tasks;
  • Marketing purposes;
  • Showing the website and allowing the website to function. Tenants can make use of a tenants’ portal. The access to personal data is protected by a username and password. The access to the tenants’ portal is terminated when the rental contract is terminated.

 

WHAT IS THE BASIS OF THE PROCESSING?
We process your data on the basis of the principles as mentioned below:

  • Entering, evaluating or terminating a rental, purchase or commission contract;
  • Complying with rules and regulations;
  • Legitimate interest: for example, processing data to counter housing fraud and nuisance.
  • A general interest;
  • Your permission.

 

COOKIES
We use functional and analytical cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smart phone when you visit this website. The functional cookies make sure the website functions optimally. We use analytical cookies, like the cookies from Google Analytics, to gain insight into the number of website visitors and the use of the website so we can improve our services. We signed a processor agreement with Google about the protection of your personal data. We have not given Google permission to use the data and to hand them over to third parties.

 

How do we protect your data?
We have taken technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss or unlawful usage. For example measures to keep our IT systems safe, but also security of areas where data are stored.

 

RETENTION PERIOD
We store personal data no longer than is strictly necessary to realise the goals for which we use the data. After terminating the contract, the data are not stored longer than the statutory retention period.

 

Provision to third parties
Personal data are exclusively shared with parties that are hired by us for the purposes as mentioned above. We provide personal data to a third party only to be able to execute the contract with a client or with you, for example a contractor, plumber or repairman. We only provide name and address data, telephone number and/or email address to these third parties, so an appointment can be made with you. In that case we have made agreements with the hired third party about the protection of your personal data.

We use software programmes to be able to execute our activities properly. We have made user agreements with these suppliers.

 

Which rights do you have?
You have the right to ask us which personal data we process. You can also ask us to change incorrect data or to remove data. Also, you have the right to file an objection with us against the processing of your personal data. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and honour your request, unless this is not allowed on the grounds of rules and regulations or because the processing is necessary. If we cannot come to a solution about the processing you have the right to file a complaint at the Dutch Authority for Personal Data.
