You can book your short-stay room already starting from February 2024 until August 2024. It is also possible to book this room long-stay! Book with us and we will pay your €25,00 registration.

The short-stay rooms are located in the Zernike Tower which is 3 minutes by bike away from the Zernike Campus (University of Groningen and the Hanze University of Applied Sciences). The city center is just about 15 minutes away by bike. The building has a reception, game area, study rooms, courtyard and a gym that you have free access to if you rent a room from us. There is also a laundry room available, which you will need to pay €2,50 per wash and dry circle.

The rooms are furnished and upholstered. They have their own kitchen with sink, 4-burner electric hob, a combination of a microwave and an oven, fridge with freezer and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This means that you have to buy your own kitchen supplies, towels and a duvet. When you are in the booking process, you can order a starter package, cooking package or cleaning package, but you can also go to the Action store for these items. The Action is a 2-minute walk from the Zernike Tower.

– 21 m2 €1000,50 (all-in)
– 26 m2 €1022,50 (all-in)
– 36 m2 €1116,00 (all-in)

In addition to the monthly rent, there are a number of one- time costs:

– Security deposit €750,00
– Administration fee €75,00
– Final cleaning €115

*Please note that Short Stay contracts are for one time only. This means you’re not able to extend your stay with us after the agreement ends. The photos are not of the studio in question but are taken of the same type of studio. The specifications of the room are exactly the same, merely the lay-out may differ.
